KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Internal accounting

• Recording and maintaining financial transactions on accounting system;
• Reconciling cashing transactions between bank statements with recorded entries in accounting books on a monthly basis;
• Verifying and reconcile revenue from both online and offline stream between accounting book with data extracted from sales software;
• Working with marketing, sales and operations departments to ensure accurate reporting;
• Assisting in preparing periodic financial reports;
• Maintaining records and filing systems;
• Performing other accounting tasks as required by higher levels.

2. Other duties

• Build and support the construction of books, accounting documents, revenue and expenditure systems in accordance with accounting standards;
• Propose improvements to accounting methods, improve reporting quality and productivity;
• Other duties and/or projects as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree preferably Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. ACCA, CMA, CPA could be preferable;
• At least one years of accounting experience;
• Skills in information gathering, processing accounting data, general statistics;
• Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts/ insightful visual displays;
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and popular accounting software;
• System approach and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and quick learning.
