Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and target potential customers. Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans tailored to the market. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services. Communicate the company and product values to customers.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to secure contracts and agreements. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the negotiation process.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends. Prepare regular reports for management to review progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, procurement, production, import-export, ect., to ensure that customer requirements are met.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by customers in a timely and effective manner. Provide solutions and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
