Mô tả Công việc

As an International Sales Executive at IDOCEAN, you will play a crucial role in expanding our global footprint. You will be responsible for driving sales and developing strong relationships with international customers and traders in the F&B industry. Your duties will include:

  • Lead Conversion: Convert existing leads into loyal customers.

  • Market Expansion: Identify and engage with international customers and traders dealing with similar products.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor international market prices and trends.

  • Product Promotion: Introduce our products to potential customers, ensuring they meet customer needs. Offer competitive pricing and negotiate contract terms, including volume, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

  • Sales and Marketing: Participate in planning, formulating, coordinating, and executing sales and marketing strategies.

  • Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to improve product quality and service.

  • Business Travel: Arrange and undertake overseas business trips as required.

  • Trade Fairs: Represent the company at domestic and international trade fairs to build connections with potential buyers and importers.

  • Documentation: Possess basic knowledge of export documentation and procedures.

  • Market Research: Summarize customer characteristics and regulatory requirements for ingredients in various international markets.

  • Internal Coordination: Work with internal teams to meet OEM & ODM needs.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. 

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in international sales, with a full-cycle sales process from lead generation to closing deals. 

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, specifically in ingredients for beverages and instant milk tea. 

  • B2B Experience: Experience in working with B2B clients and understanding their unique needs and requirements. 

  • Export Operations: Familiarity with export operations and international trade regulations. 

  • Relationship Management: Excellent relationship-building and management skills. 

  • Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills. 

  • Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as required. 

*Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field. 

  • Personal Attributes: Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
