Perform Window system administration including system setup and backup, software installation, patch upgrades, system monitoring.
Provide on-site and remote IT support for workstations, LAN and WAN connectivity, and end-user applications.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and maintain supporting documentation.
Work on ad hoc projects assigned by regional IT.
Manage IT asset inventory and maintain accurate records.
Follow company IT standards and security policies.
Liaise with external IT vendors.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Information, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Minimum 3+ years working experience in end user IT helpdesk support.
Solid experience with Microsoft Windows-based operating system and network cabling.
Hands-on experience with Hyper-V Server setup and IP address management.
Familiarity with Layer 2 networks, TCP/IP protocols and network security.
Independent, responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure with good problem-solving skill.
Good teamwork, communication, and language skills (English speaking and written).
Experience in branch-level IT network and telephone PABX system transformation and relocation are preferred.
