• Install and configuration (and repair - if any) computer hardware, email, network, printer, scanner, and new application.

• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.

• Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults via remote, telephone, email, chat or at user table.

• In charge of load all required software and support new entrance to use their account and PC on the first day at company

• Monitoring (backup, camera, Network device, internet, …)

• Disk Clean-up, Scan Antivirus periodical

Update weekly IT Report

2.2 Content Marketing – Website, fanpage….. (30% timeline)

Manage company’s fanpages & build system on Facebook, Linkedin, Tiktok, Youtube and Website.

Coordinate with Sales, Agency, Project team to deploy programs: run advertising articles, edit and post articles to groups, respond to questions. comment, inbox, feedback on fanpage

Regularly update new trends, sources of professional knowledge and practice skills for work.

Ensure the number of articles and fresh content. Design post images according to trends, service...

- Bachelor degree in IT or related fields
- Over 3 years experiences in IT filed (with more than 80 users)
- Good English skills, knowledge about Domain controller, active director, SEO, adword
