The L1 Technical Support Specialist report directly to Vietnam IDT service coordinator. This role requires the job holder to:
- Provide technical support to end-users with day-to-day IT incidents.
- Co-ordinate with GSD (Global Service Desk), local IT team and vendors to build and deliver IT L1 solutions.
- Co-ordinate with GSD (Global Service Desk) to identify basic IT system problems and implement IT remedial solutions. (virus, software license, patch…)
- Co-ordinate and monitor IT services of external vendors, network providers and GSD (Global Service Desk) to ensure that they meet the service level requirements.
- Other duties as required from line manager
