Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of server, virtualization and Microsoft Office 365.
Responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting Kubernetes dev, Gitlab, SVN, Weblogic, Nginx proxy, DB SQL and Linux OS.
Install and upgrade server components and software, manage virtual servers and integrate automation processes.
Support the network, resolve network issues/problems and ensure high availability or IT service to business operation.
Reponsible to ensure the uptime for network service for line operations by conducting troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by system log or running diagnostics.
Document problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems and assessing impact of issues.
Daily check log and troubleshooting systems.
Provide documentation and technical specifications for planning and implementing new or upgrade of IT infrastructure.
Perform regular backup operations.
Responsible for server, storage planning and physical devices.
Support tasks relating to network, helpdesk on requirement.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor‘s degree in computer science, information systems, information technology management, or closely related field.
3 years of system administration experience preferred.
Related certificates: LPI1, LPI2, K8s.
Strong knowledge of IBM Unix, Linux Redhat, Centos, Microsoft Server and Office 365.
Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare (ESXi, vCenter...), Citrix, Sangfor..
Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, server hardware of IBM, HP, Dell and network protocols.
Experience with scripting and automation tools (Jenkins, Ansible,...)
Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.
Minimum 3 years of experience with Kubernetes, Gitlab CI/CD, SVN, Weblogic, API, Nginx proxy, database SQL.
