Mô tả Công việc

Identify and build profitable new business opportunities through developing existing and new business accounts. Maintain an active pipeline of prospective customers to approach and undertake new business sales calls to secure new business. Develop financial data of potential and existing business wins and be responsible for maintaining an extensive customer database through regular sales visits. Be responsible for sales’ target

· Identify and engage potential partners to establish strategic relationships. Collaborate with coaches to influence decision-makers and drive business development initiatives.

· Develop and negotiate commercial agreements and KPIs in coordination with Key Account Management teams.

· Create and execute plans and solutions aimed at driving growth and managing the new business pipeline effectively.

· Maintain and provide regular updates on the pipeline to all relevant stakeholders.

· Ensure the CRM database is updated with accurate information on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

· Target potential customers through comprehensive market research and maintain knowledge of the business pipeline.

· Conduct pricing analysis and develop proposals to meet commercial targets. Manage RFQs and coordinate with solution design and operations teams.

· Create compelling value propositions and client presentations to maximize profit and revenue from new business opportunities.

· Negotiate contract terms and collaborate with cross functions and legal teams throughout the process.

· Perform competitive analysis and market research to inform business strategies.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of potential customers, including current incumbents and their tenure.

· studies, and relevant information to support account development.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

·        3 to 5 years' experience working as Sales/Business Development in Contract Logistics/Supply Chain/Freight forwarding/Import-Export.

·        Ability to manage multitasking and multiple projects.

·        Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.

·        Strong knowledge of the contract logistics industry in Vietnam.

·        Experience in CRM software applications (ideally Salesforce).

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.

·        Having analytical and problem-solving skills.

·        Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.

·        Fluent in English.
