Oversee the launch and ongoing management of the Keiser Early Enrollment Program for High School Students in Vietnam, with a focus on the EQuest K-12 school system;
Develop and maintain rigorous curricula that align with Keiser University's standards and meet the needs of high school students;
Ensure the quality and effectiveness of teaching methodologies and course materials for the program;
Recruit, train, and supervise instructors specifically for the Keiser Early Enrollment Program;
Provide comprehensive academic guidance and support to students enrolled in the Keiser Early enrollment program;
Work closely with Keiser University and other educational partners to ensure the successful implementation and growth of the program;
Ensure the program complies with relevant educational standards and accreditation requirements;
Track and analyze student performance and program outcomes, using data to inform improvements;
Engage with parents, students, and other stakeholders to communicate the program's benefits and address any concerns;
Facilitate the offering of in-demand, career-focused courses that help students familiarize themselves with the post-secondary environment and earn college credits.
Support the existing team of instructors and staff in maintaining high educational standards;
Contribute to strategic planning and the introduction of new initiatives to enhance IvyPrep's services;
Offer academic guidance and support to IvyPrep students aiming to apply to top colleges and universities, particularly in the US;
Host study abroad events, and workshops, including providing instructions on applying for scholarships;
Establish and maintain relationships with top institutions worldwide to facilitate the admission of IvyPrep students;
Maintain strong relationships with IvyPrep's longstanding network of parents, students, and educational partners.
Teach application essay classes and application guidance classes.
IvyPrep TestPrep (30%)
Responsibility in managing TestPrep academic products
Lead operation team, ensure the quality of courses.
Recruiting, training & managing teachers.
Join in training programs to boost professional skills and services provided.
Take on extra tasks as needed by management and the Board of Directors, getting them done on time.
Allocate time to participate in urgent meetings and address urgent issues.
Future projects, other than the responsibilities mentioned above, are contingent on further negotiation.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Master's degree or higher in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an academic management role, preferably within a college prep or Early enrollment context;
Strong expertise in curriculum development and academic program implementation;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students, staff, and stakeholders;
Understanding of the educational needs and aspirations of Vietnamese students and their families;
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance program quality and growth;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement;
A genuine commitment to helping students succeed academically and achieve their goals of studying abroad.
Maintains excellent social connections and relationships with relevant government agencies.
Exhibits proficiency in personnel administration, task delegation, risk management, and project oversight.
Demonstrates a collaborative mindset and fosters internal and external relationships within the company.
