Join our Client Acceptance and Continuance Team and help protect RSM from risks that arise from its professional practice. The Junior Client Acceptance and Continuance will help us meet our compliance responsibilities while supporting our client-facing teams as they deliver quality service to their clients and support the implementation of programs, policies, and practices to manage RSM VN’s risk. The main responsibilities include:

• Drafting audit service contracts
• Support in reviewing requests to change contract terms
• Arrange, track and manage contracts
• Monitor Independence and Ethics Compliance procedures
• Manage customer data and information through the CRM system
• Contribute to Department’s development through planning and ideas
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Perform other additional responsibilities as assigned

• At least bachelor’s degree in Auditing or other related business majors
• 0 - 1 year of experience in Audit field or relevant area
• Knowledge of text editing and regulatory issues in a professional services environment
• Demonstrate strong verbal/ written communication, interpersonal skills and collaboration skillswith audiences across the firm and outside professional contacts
• Show business acumen, planning, analytical reporting and presentation skills for multiple and or complex projects
• Able to adapt quickly to changes in the firm
