- Deliver a service of high quality to Clients and Candidates.
- Promote and build awareness of 40HRS capabilities in our existing Client database.
- Be an active networker.
- Screen and interview Candidates by our international standards.
- Organize interviews between Clients and Candidates.
- Provide advice to both Clients and Candidates on salary, training, and career progression.
- Follow up on leads for permanent recruitment provided by other staff members.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager or director
2. Requirements:
- Graduates/post-graduates majoring in HR, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields.
- 1-3 years experience in HR/recruitment, Sales/ customer service with a proven track record (welcome fresh graduate).
- Good at English, coupled with the ability to communicate in Vietnamese.
