40HRS Vietnam was established in 2011, with Head office in Ho Chi Minh City and Branch office in Hanoi. About the job

• Deliver a service of high quality to Clients and Candidates.
• Promote and build awareness of 40HRS capabilities in our existing Client database.
• Be an active networker.
• Screen and interview Candidates by our international standards.
• Organize interviews between Clients and Candidates.
• Provide advice to both Clients and Candidates on salary, training, and career progression.
• Follow up on leads for permanent recruitment provided by other staff members.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the manager or director

2. Requirements:

• Graduates/post-graduates majoring in HR, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields.
• 1-3 years experience in HR/recruitment, Sales/ customer service with a proven track record (welcome fresh graduate).
• Good at English, coupled with the ability to communicate in Vietnamese.
