YOUR JOBS:

• Follow up sales collection from customers and timely update sales collection report
• Issue invoices issued to buyers or Customs Declaration
• Coordinate with the procedure team to consolidate, verify data, and upload disbursement data to the system
• Coordinate with the reporting team on financial statement
• Keeps all financial documents and contracts confidential and safe to comply with the internal control policy
• Record and calculation commission
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve customer queries related to invoices and payments (both local and overseas customers)
• Support to check the warehouse inventory at the end of the month
• Forecast cash in -flow depend on the amount and payment term of customer
• Support Import Export team for other report of Customs Declaration and Tax return
• Responsibilities for VAT Out put
• Other tasks assigned by Manager

• Degree in Finance, accounting, at least 2-5 year experience at the same position for manufacturing company
• Good at  computing skill
• Good in communication in English
• Highly motivated.
• Good at communication skills
• Familiar with Navision ERP systems will be an advantage
• Working in Duc Hoa, Long An (Company offers shuttle bus from HCM)
