Develop financial models, create plans, monitor, financial activities:

• Develop financial and tax strategies and reports for related stakeholders (including but not limited to the BoD, B2B partners, investors, and auditors);

• Develop budget plans for each department within the organization.

• Develop cash flow forecasts and optimize cash flow.

Ensure compliance with VN accounting practices, especially for digital sales and retail operations in the US market.

Cost Calculation: Research the product and the production process to determine the product's cost.

Identify and address financial risks associated with contract, partnership, taxation changes, ect.

Provide financial reports and analyses, in particular for capital investment, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.

In-depth knowledge and hands on working experience of Vietnam accounting practices and financial reports. US market experience will be a huge advantage.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance with an ACCA or CPA certificate.

Experience in finance management, accounting or audit management in global groups.

Previously worked for a company that manufactures physical products.

Having work experience in big 4, auditing companies, finance, investment fund, banking, IT or manufacturing environments will be an advantage;

Software skills: Proficiency in accounting software such as Misa, QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero, as well as Microsoft Excel and other relevant software (SAP, ERP…)

Priority is given to those with experience in import-export transactions

Proficiency in using English in daily work
