- Do listing for assigned customers
- Get space for assigned customers that have plannogram
- Regularly update listing situation to relevant departments
3. Activation and Launching
- Make the whole plan for any Activation, Launch for MT Team (Lead MT South and take consolidate plan for MT North)
- Control the budget and monitor the plan, cascade to team
4. Promotion
- Make the whole plan for any Promotions for MT Team (Lead MT South and take consolidate plan for MT North)
- Control the budget and monitor the plan, cascade to team
- Evaluate the scheme after finishing
- Deal with buyer for assigned customers
5. Rental Contract
- Deal with buyer for assigned customers
- Keep and monitor the budget
6. Internal Contact
- Contact Marketing team for all relevant activities
- Align with MT North team for planning tasks
- Align with Finance team for spending plan
- Align with Logistic for preparing promotion stock
- Align with Purchasing for buying promotion gift
