I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Communicating with client to ensure that the services values are well explained and all client’s needs are understood and addressed
- Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new clients. Collaborating with various internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires. Preventing additional issues by improving processes.
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
- Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the leadership team regularly
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services. Contribute to continuously improving the company‘s services.
