As a Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with Ly Gia Vien's most valuable customers. You'll develop a deep understanding of their needs, create strategic account plans, and serve as their primary point of contact. Your ability to build trust, deliver exceptional service, and drive revenue growth will be critical to your success.
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, building trust and rapport with decision-makers.
Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans that outline goals, strategies, and tactics for maximizing revenue and profitability.
Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to key accounts.
Expansion: Explore and pursue opportunities for expansion and growth within existing key accounts.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
