Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to join our dynamic team. The L&D Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments.
• Collaborate with department heads and HR department to understand organizational goals and training priorities.
• Design and develop engaging and effective training programs, courses, and materials
• Create content for various delivery methods including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, videos, and job aids.
• Provide coaching and feedback to participants to enhance learning retention and application on the job.
• Develop and implement evaluation strategies to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.

What you will need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or related field
• Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools.
• Ability to work effectively independently.
• Candidates with experience in E-commerce, Technology, OTA, digital industry will be preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
