Draft, review, standardize and manage all commercial and procurement contracts in order to be compliance with Vietnamese laws, internal regulations and policies
Develop and review other documents and templates in regard to business operations
Assist in all promotional materials, programs and sales/marketing events to ensure they are in compliance with local laws.
Review and manage product labels, trademarks and amendments/variations thereof to ensure they are in compliance with local requirements
Give accurate and timely advices and supports to legal-focused topics/matters (labor law, partnerships, corporate finance, supply chain, import and export activities, product complaints etc.)
Advise and support other company projects as assigned by line manager from time to time.
