JOB OVERVIEW
Legal executives are fee-earning qualified lawyers who undertake similar work to solicitors, specialising in a specific legal. Give legal consultation and follow all legal procedures relating to Head Office and subsidiaries' businesses and investments
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Legislation:
- Taking responsibilities for drafting, negotiating, structuring, interpreting, executing, and/ or administering contractual documents of the Company.
- Directly participate in researching project documents to provide legal advice related to the new project.
- Participate in negotiation and exchange with partners of the project.
- Researching and regularly updating changes in laws and circulars related to the company's operations.
2. Review of contracts:
- Review sales contracts / service contracts / construction contracts and other contracts based on performance of experts in the Committee.
- Develop contract forms, prepare documents for the Group's business activities in the projects as assigned by the Director.
- Directly involved in building contracts, drafting documents to serve the business of the Company.
3. Legal advice related to business disputes
Support other departments to deal with issues relating to customers’ complaints, queries as well as settlement disputes relating to operation of the Company.
4. Other jobs directly assigned by the superiors.
