Responsible for hosting and managing live streaming and monitoring its effectiveness on daily and on-campaign day. Co-host in livestream sessions with KOL/KOC (if any).
Engage with viewers, present products & promotion, respond to viewer’s questions, and lead the overall flow of the live stream in a lively mode.
Guide viewers with detailed instructions on how to make purchases, hunt for vouchers, hunt for gifts.
Master product knowledge to advise customers, QC and support in-house Livestreams to ensure Live content and quality.
Strive to achieve the target and improve viewer engagement & experience.

Plan the script and program flow for live streaming.
Support Live operation & set up deals (if any).
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Female/Male from 6 months of live streaming experience on E-commerce platforms as Shopee/Lazada/TikTok.
Confident in front of the camera, fluent communication with collaboration skills to present and explain clearly.
Good at problem solving and can handle different situations.
Have knowledge about skin care and cosmetics, especially the cosmeceuticals segment.
Able to work either morning or evening shift.
Prioritize candidates with a basic level of setting live streaming by phone.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, achieving as a team, sharing success and growth together.
