• Managing logistics – including FMCG, Bulk and Container shipment – both domestic and international

• Optimizing local logistics cost for the business and ensure peak supply chain efficiency

• Communicating with overseas offices/agents for 3rd party logistics

• Negotiating with local truck and barge logistics service providers to ensure best pricing & terms

• Manage documentation for import/export of materials at port and connect with port authorities as required

• Tracking order flows of company products across Vietnam

• Liaise internally with sales, customer service and product teams

• Supporting with payment of logistics clients;

• Responsible for the daily management of the operation

• Check HS code and advice import duty & import policy to customer

• Check & advise customer conditional to issue C/O export shipment

•                 University Graduate

•                 At least 8 years experience in a combination of modern trade logistics (FMCG) and bulk B2B logistics – including port and local

•                 Operations and Supply Chain Planning skills: demand & supply planning, loading, delivery

•                 Relationship management is preferred

•                 Vietnamese mandatory, English communication is preferred
