Responsibilities:

• Handle import procedures
• Responsibility for import duties and related costs payment

Main duties:

• Enter data into the system for all goods
• Verify all delivery documents including CO, import permits, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, airway bills, etc
• Update and maintain records of serial numbers
• Manage and prepare monthly reports
• Payment and planning cost
• Ensure all documents/process compliance with laws/regulations, especially electronic goods import regulations
• Other tasks/Ad-hoc assignments from line manager

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Logistic field
• Experience with ERP & Navision systems is referred
• Communication and problem solving skills
• Language: Can verbally communicate, read and write emails in English
• Can onboard immediately
