JOB PURPOSES:

1. Handle imported transportation (sourcing & evaluation supplier, analysis market, solving issues, …)

2. Work with end user about volume forecast / order

3. Ensure the shipment will arrive ontime

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:

1.Customer Activities

· Handle all transport enquiries from internal customers such as: planning, MRK, Techincal,…., Or External customers.

· Work with internal customers about forecast

2. Supplier activities

· Market survey & solution provider for transportation and warehouse

· Sourcing, and develop transportation & warehouse vendors

· Call tender, proposal and solving all issues related to transportation, warehousing, customs, etc…

3. Import Activities

· Processing order and follow up all import shipments to ensure they are delivered as expectation of end users

· Receive and solve all complaints of import shipments and feedback to all related departments

· Ensure all products are applied most suitable HS codes for custom declaration

· Work with forwarders, shipping lines, Insurance, Custom department to ensure all inquiries are delivered as expectation

4. Compliance

· Understand and deploy ICRF as per Group and Companies requirements

5. Reports

· Complete assigned reports and send them on time as per requests

6. Collaboration

· Have good collaborations with team members and other departments in order to deliver the best results of assigned jobs

7. Other requirements

· Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

1. Education: Bachelor degree in specialized in Economics, Foreign Trade,…

2. Experience:

·      At least 2 years of working experience in similar position or other heavy industry companies.

·      Knowledge of international transportation for chemical industry is an advantage

·      Knowledge of ERP, SAP is an advantage

3. Communication & Presentation skill:

·      Good at communication skills with various types of audience in both Vietnamese and English.

4. Computer Microsoft office skill:

·      Good at Word, Excellent Excel, and Power Point are required.

5. Other Accountability:

·      Logic mindset and good risk analysis.

6. Language skill:

·      Vietnamese & English.
