Do you have what it takes?
• Minimum 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong teamwork skills with an ability to listen and engage effectively with team members.
• Proven track record in achieving team goals and proposing innovative solutions to improve teamwork.
• Ability to make independent decisions and champion organizational change.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating collaboration, proactive service attitude, and ethical conduct.
• Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication within technical contexts.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by management.
