Produce accurate, timely, and insightful management reports analyzing business unit performance.
Ensure adherence to budgets by monitoring spending activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments and the management team to facilitate financial decision-making processes.
Exercise control and provide decision support for respective Profit and Loss (P&L) lines and business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Liaise with other departments and headquarters for corporate planning and monitoring to achieve financial objectives.
Provide timely and professional financial support to meet business targets effectively.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Vietnamese candidates: Proficiency in Korean (spoken and written).
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within FMCG/MNC/Manufacturing sectors.
Knowledge of local accounting practices, principles, laws, codes, and regulations.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Excellent judgment and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to adapt to changing environments.
