POSITION : MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Dynaplast management trainee program is a special development program for young people. It is designed to give participants base-in-class hands on training, and it will give you an excellence head start for your carrier in this organization.

JOB

- To attend apprentice program at Head Office training centre in Indonisia for 3 months. The training program will be shared detail in interview session

- To join factories tour at some of big factory Dynaplast Indonesia

- To be trained about teamwork skills, presentation skills, leadership skil

- To work as management trainee in Production Dept/ Maintenance Dept with Coaching from HOD

REQUIREMENT
- University graduates in the fields of mechanics, mechatronics, automation, industrial electricity.

- Interested in Engineering and Manufacturing Industry.
- Good English communication (written and spoken).
- Teamwork ,dynamic, good communication skills.
- Potential leadership capacity.
