- 10 years of experience in food manufacturing with minimum 3 years as factory manager leading the operations
- Degree in food / production technology / Operations Management
- Have understanding & experience of food quality & safety in a manufacturing environment
- Experience to handle complexity to multiple SKUs with various processing & packaging lines
- Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
- Have very good people management, communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate
- The individual should have proven experience as a “self-starter” with a strong element of dynamism and the ability to move fast and get things done. He/she should take a keen interest in the personal development of team leaders at all levels and create a best practice culture that empowers the team leaders to manage their relevant departments with confidence.
