The Marketing & Brand Designer will play a key role in designing and creating content to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities. This position involves preparing advertising materials, managing social media, and acting as a Brand Ambassador by enhancing employer branding and supporting the launch of new products or services.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Design and create engaging graphics, visuals, and multimedia content for social media, websites, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
• Artwork Creation: Develop logos, business profiles, business proposals, Canva templates for advertisements, and other promotional materials, ensuring they align with the brand’s image and messaging.
• Design Fulfillment: Address various design needs for print media, branding collateral, website designs, digital marketing campaigns, and sales presentation materials.
• Social Media Management: Assist in planning and executing social media strategies, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments.
• Marketing Campaigns: Support the marketing team in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, such as email marketing, social media ads, and content marketing.
• Branding: Contribute to maintaining and enhancing the brand's visual identity through consistent and high-quality marketing materials.
• Assist in organizing marketing events and workshops for both internal audiences and external customers.
• Contribute to employer branding efforts and develop content to promote the business on social media.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Leader.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar graphic design software.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing design needs and priorities.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
