We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the Marketing Executive position working at The Oxygen Buildings 628C Vo Nguyen Giap Street, An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City with the following requirements:

 Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition.

 Coordinate with agency to manage the scheduling, logistics, and execution of market ing campaigns and events, including wellness workshops, media tours, and promotional activities.

 Handle all marketing-related paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies and external regulations.

 Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information and materials for marketing promotions.

 Support the marketing team in managing and updating the clinicʼs social media profiles and website with fresh content.

 Prepare and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.

 Assist in the monitoring and reporting of campaign performance, providing detailed reports and insights to the marketing team.

 Work closely with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of market ing services and materials.

 Provide administrative support to the marketing department by organizing meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining digital and physical marketing files.

 Bachelorʼs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

 Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, communication agency or related industry.

 Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working well in a team and with various stakeholders.

 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with content management systems and social media platforms.

 Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving attitude.
