· Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand recognition and attract customers and real estate broker partners.

· Plan and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across various media channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.

· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data analysis tools and adjust strategies based on the results.

· Supervise the creation and management of high-quality marketing content across media platforms.

· Maintain and enhance the Citics brand, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.

· Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

· Manage the marketing budget, optimize costs, and track budget utilization.

· Build relationships with partners, marketing service providers, and other stakeholders.

· Guide, develop, and manage the marketing team, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.

·           Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

·           At least four years of experience in marketing, with at least one year in a management position. Knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage.

·           In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels like SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.

·           Experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Ads.

·           Strong data analysis skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

·           Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

·           Creative, flexible thinking and the ability to quickly adapt to a continuously changing work environment.
