Job purpose:
- Design and deliver ecosystem to drive automated customer acquisition, cross-sell, up-sell and deepening campaigns across all touchpoints and channels.
- Gather customer insights, develop campaign requirements and manage the end-to-end delivery of O2O campaigns.
- Maximizing value achieved from campaigns, ensuring collaboration with stakeholders and campaigns delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver an automated, comprehensive and consistent marketing technology ecosystem.
- Develop, maintain and improve customer journey framework and user stories.
- Identify high impact marketing interventions and lead their implementation including event-driven and contextual engagements.
- Participate in product planning and iteration sessions with squad and tribe members to draw up overall campaign specifications.
- Gather and analyze customer insights to develop new campaigns and enhancement plans.
- Facilitate daily stand ups, iteration planning, sprint reviews and drive sprints together with Scrum Master.
- Manage campaigns backlog, develop requirement documentation, manage support tickets and unblock barriers to progress.
- Lead team efforts in continuous improvement, define and implement improvements to increase the campaigns outcome.
- Coordinate and manage task execution, removing task impediments to allow efficient campaigns delivery.
