Merchandiser staff for Trading company:
- Receive orders from customers via internal system
- Source, select, negotiate with suppliers & manage suppliers
- Regularly keep price up-to-date & competitive
- Proceed & follow PO from current customers, understand Customers’ requirement & support solve problems arising.
- Follow up pending PR & PO to ensure goods delivered on time
- Develop & manage product items (almost is MRO item) for assigned category
- Handle AR & AP Invoice (Check GR, confirm supplier, receive & check invoice)
- Expand the categories of goods sold to customers
- Co-ordinate with other teams in the company and suppliers to make sure the projects run smoothly and the quality of service is as highest as possible.
- Assure to comply all law provisions related with purchasing, both global and local
- Comply with Company’s anti-corruption and bribery policies
- Other assigned tasks from Part/Team leader
