Wellform (Vietnam) seeks a merchandiser to join our rapidly growing team.

With headquarters located in Hong Kong, we have over 30 years of experience in manufacturing and supplying of lingerie, swimwear and nightwear to major European and US brands.

The successful candidate will gain future exposure in the following disciplines:
1. Pricing
2. Sourcing
3. Product Management
4. In-depth knowledge of the Garment Industry

Working closely with the Director and Top Management, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Customer account management.
2. Purchase, follow-up, check and control fabric and accessories to ensure on-time delivery of goods.
3. Follow up on the order status from the beginning till shipment.
4. Collect information and instructions from buyers, then collaborate with factory departments to fulfil these requirements. (Style, sample, QC, packing, shipping, etc.)
5. Follow up sample development with sample room. (E.g. Proto, SMS, Shipment samples, etc)
6. Check if the quantity of incoming raw material is sufficient for production.
7. Ensure goods meet quality standards, approved designs.
8. Send quotation(s) to customer.
9. Market trend survey.
10. Solve problems with the team when necessary.
11. Anything that is required for the efficient running of the merchandising team.

1. At least 1 year of relevant experience in the garment industry.
2. Good English communication skills.
