* This position will be temporarily working in LEGO Training Facility (Eastern International University - Binh Duong) & fully relocated to VSIP3 by early 2025. Shuttle buses are provided from HCMC & Bien Hoa City.
* Vị trí này sẽ tạm thời làm việc tại Trung tâm Đào tạo của LEGO Manufacturing Vietnam (Trường Đại học quốc tế Miền Đông - Bình Dương), và sẽ di chuyển địa điểm làm việc về khu vực nhà máy tại VSIP3 vào đầu năm 2025. Công ty có hỗ trợ xe đưa đón từ khu vực TP.HCM và TP. Biên Hòa.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain LEGO moulds in proper conditions to guarantee a reliable production output.
  Bảo trì khuôn trong nhà máy LEGO dưới điều kiện phù hợp để đảm bảo sản lượng sản xuất ổn định.

• Participate in problem solving activities with mould workshop team by PDCA tool to guarantee effective moulding and part quality levels.
  Áp dụng quy trình PDCA vào việc giải quyết vấn đề liên quan đến khuôn để đảm bảo tính hiệu quả của khuôn và linh kiện.

• Use of machine tools for mould repair or maintenance skillfully.
  Sử dụng thành thạo các dụng cụ liên quan đến sửa chữa và bảo trì khuôn.

• Immediate report to supervisor about abnormal conditions detected on moulds during cleaning and repairing processes.
  Báo cáo cho cấp trên về các tình trạng bất thường trong quá trình vệ sinh và sửa chữa trên khuôn.

• Perform daily repairs to moulds according to production needs and priorities independently.
  Thực hiện sửa chữa khuôn hàng ngày theo nhu cầu và ưu tiên của sản xuất.

• Execution of cleaning and/or preventive and corrective maintenance activities to moulds.
  Thực hiện việc vệ sinh & bảo trì phòng ngừa và khắc phục đối với khuôn.

• Communication with colleagues (shift changes, share experiences and knowledge).
  Giao tiếp với đồng nghiệp (chuyển ca, chia sẻ kinh nghiệm và kiến thức).

• In terms of critical decision making, must request support from immediate supervisor.
  Đối với việc ra quyết định quan trọng, phải tham khảo ý kiến từ cấp trên trực tiếp.

• Comply with QMS requirements.
  Tuân thủ các yêu cầu của hệ thống quản lý chất lượng (QMS).

Do you have what it takes?
 

• Having 2 years of experience as a maintenance Technician in plastic injection machines.
  Có từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm bảo trì trong lĩnh vực máy ép nhựa.
   
• Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or similar – Intermediate and above.
  Trình độ kỹ sư Điện, Cơ khí, Cơ điện tử hoặc tương đương – Trung cấp trở lên.
   
• Machine safety knowledge.
  Kiến thức về an toàn máy móc.
   
• Continuous improvement.
  Cải tiến liên tục.
   
• Soft skills (communication, feedbacks, organization, systematic approach).
  Kỹ năng mềm (giao tiếp, đóng góp phản hồi, tổ chức, phương pháp tiếp cận có hệ thống).
   
• Process thinking.
  Tư duy quy trình.
   
• Problem Solving.
  Giải quyết vấn đề.
   
• Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts needed).
  Linh hoạt về thời gian (đôi khi cần hỗ trợ ca cuối tuần).
   
• Can communicate in basic English.
  Có khả năng giao tiếp cơ bản bằng tiếng Anh.
