- Manage/Execute Trade Marketing activities such as:
- Visibility
- Activation
- Promotion
- PG In line
- Channel development
- Planning/Tracking budget for all activities.
- Optimize all execution at best performance.
- Balance local sales requirement with brand/event activation strategy.
- Coordinate with Brands / MTO for activation management.
- Develop and oversee all POSM items in MT channel to ensure perfect visibility at stores and sales force to execute the most efficient. In charge of in-store POSM design, briefing POSM/ Activation team for production and installation in store
- Organize internal networking sessions (D-days, Sale Brief). Support marketing team in launch/ re-launch and consumer promotion activities
· Update competitors activities and provide feedback of all competitive activity to propose sales program.
· Coordinate with Brands / MTO / MTP for activation/activities management
· Post evaluation MT activities big campaign
· Able analyze promotion/ activities both Wipro/ competitor in market to provide activities for MT. Tracking execution in MT market: promotion, on post, booth activation.
