• Receive labor request from Plants and search potential candidates for each postition
• Screen CVs, pre - interview and connect candidates
• Arrange interview according to procedure, monitor the recruitment process
• Verifying diploma, manage team's stationery
• Find out and plan to participate in job fairs, seminars, indoor and outdoor recruitment activities to promote employer branding
• Plan and implement annual recruitment program
• Manage usage of recruitment websites
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Bachelor degree of  Human Rescources, Business Administration, Economics, ...
• English communication
• Preferred candidates with experienced in mass recruitment or worked at companies with large scale
• Fresher is acceptable
