1. Responsible for the development and management of offline channels for the company's brand products in Southeast Asia (priority to Vietnam). Responsible for regional business achievement. According to the company's overall strategy and market conditions, formulate sales strategies and plans, and organize their implementation to achieve sales target.
2. Responsible for the development and maintenance of dealer customers: expand sales channels and build a complete channel system covering distributors and offline retailers: Priority will be given to those with successful experience in overseas market brands;
3. Explore the franchise system, sort out the overall plan for the franchise business and promote it.
4. Responsible for business negotiations with channel customers; market research and formulation of strategies; and management of channel new product release and promotion;
5. Maintain relationships with old customers and develop new customers and new markets. Develop sales expense budget
