Project Implementation:
· Implementing and monitoring system solutions for new and existing customers to meet business requirements and operation processes.
· Coordinating with LIT/GIT and other parties to explore and develop new/improvement products from an operation perspective
· Be a superuser to monitor and conduct internal/external UAT plans and resolve all gaps until operation processes smoothly
· Preparing SOP, Defining Data Visualization, and Training for Supervisors on Operation processes, Tools, and systems in general.
· Support new request/ad-hoc from customer/operation
Continuous Improvement:
· Conducting audits for internal operation processes to identify performance losses/gaps and define opportunities for improvement in key areas
· Drives and delivers specific operational excellence programs, improvement projects, and initiatives within Operations as drives visibility of the program across the organization, occasionally could also be improvement initiatives in Business or other functions
· Coordinate with stakeholders across countries/regions to implement improvement projects
· Delivers initial training to site CI-Operational Excellence teams and functions and, as needed, throughout the organization
· Other tasks assigned by the Management Team

· Go Live smoothly for new projects of new/existing customer
· Meet/exceed CIO target as company orientation
· Achievement of agreed priorities and KPIs
