Mô tả Công việc

Ensure stores achieve sales target:

  • Work closely with all functions of the Brand and other departments about promotion programs and activities.
  • Execute assigned by company and line-managers in events, and ensure all promotion programs are completed and accurate.
  • Supervise daily sales targets and make the daily sales statistics to reach the target for the Brand.
  • Analyze sales data (Individual sales, customer, sales amount, money mapping, store area, KPI, cost…), and forecast future sales to get the highest results
  • Analyze trends, and demand and propose a plan, carry out this plan to reach the best business.
  • Report about competitor’s information (new arrival, promotion program, product, VM…)
  • Take responsibility: for cost, delivery, sales, reply, and communication of the internal information to reach the best performance.
  • Make statistics about general business targets, share with colleagues, report to the manager, and determine which is focus on achieving target
  • Update and maintain the realization in the retail market, learn the customer’s shopping dynamic, and orient the thinking of store staff and the state of competitors.
  • Create the changes to improve business according to reality.

Store Operations Management:

Products:

  • Display and control products in quantity and details, on the floor and stockroom.
  • Manage and arrange products in the warehouse according to standard
  • Connect the related departments for shipment and transfer, controlling inventory in the most reasonable and effectively method.
  • Control inventory in/out to achieve the highest rotation
  • Take responsibility for managing loss & prevention

Stores:

  • Supervise the maintenance, furniture repair, and equipment in the area and store.
  • Monitor and ensure that stores are always in clean and tidy status
  • Work closely with Principals and the internal visual merchandise team to maintain visual merchandising standards and make sure all displays in store are standardized

Customer Service:

  • Focus on customer care activities to improve services and care to customers.
  • Offers customers the best quality product and service, ensuring all loyalty customers are cared for perfectly.
  • Gather customer profiles (name, gender, phone number, address, email, hobby, date of birth…) and connect them with the company’s product information.
  • Gather customer feedback weekly, report them in the meeting of that week, and follow the implementation of this feedback in the next weeks.
  • Feedback on all questions, and complaints from customers in store.

Leadership People Management:

  • Orient sales staff to meet the daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Hire and train key personnel for the operation and sales team of the Brand
  • Monitor the implementation of procedures, policies, and regulations of the company by staff.
  • Set up and execute the performance evaluation standards of store/employee.
  • Operate weekly/monthly meetings and train, coach employees, report problems, and share information with related department to improve
  • Share experience and information the store team for improvement
  • Control and motivate staff to achieve the target
  • Solve and report all the facts involved to personnel in the store, train the potential sales staff, and make the developing plan, training, and evaluation based on policy.
  • Ensure the required behavior and action standards of individuals in the team, making them a pure and progressive working environment.
  • Flexibility in problem-solving and providing solutions
  • Check and confirm Rosters, Incentives, Hot bonus, Overtime, Timesheet

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Well arrangement scheduled working in professional way to achieve requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Retail Management Experience
  • Extensive experience and ability to lead the delivery of high level customer service in a brand retailer
  • Retails Operations, budgeting, planning, customer service and people leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Computer Programs
  • Proficiency in English skills
