About Magestore and job overview

Founded in 2009, Magestore aims to become a long-term partner of global retail brands. Our solutions include the world’s #1 point sale and retail management software for Magento and Shopify, complemented by professional IT services. As a part of the BSS Group since 2022, we’re excited to expand our comprehensive retail solutions to even more businesses in the future.

We are looking for a talented partnership executive to help expand our ecosystem and sales channels. In this role, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing relationships with web agencies and retail solution providers, enhancing our brand presence, and driving new leads for our solutions.

Being a member of the Partnership team, you will:

  • Work with the team to build the partnership strategies & action plan;
  • Build partner pipeline;
  • Reach out and onboard new partners with potential for technology integrations, co-marketing, referrals, and lead sharings;
  • Maintain good relationships with current partners and identify new ways to grow the partnership;
  • Coordinate with other teams (product, sales, marketing) to execute co-marketing and event plans with partners;
  • Monitor referral activities and ensure commissions or financial obligations of partners are met;
  • Measure the performance of partnership activities;
  • Conduct other tasks assigned by the partnership manager.

To be a BSSer, you will have

  • Salary: Up to 1,000$/month (Review every 6 months);
  • Have a chance to work with foreign partners. Exposed to the latest technology and eCommerce trend;
  • Monthly in-house coaching and mentor programs;
  • Benefiting from birthday presents, seniority allowance, coverage of specialization courses fee or career certificate;
  • Working time: 5 days per week, 8h30 to 17h45, from Monday to Friday. Allowed 13.5 days absence per year (12 days absence according to laws and 1.5-day absence for annual company trip);
  • Chance to participate in team-building, picnics, summer trip, voluntary activities … regularly;
  • Convenient office on the 14th, 16th, 18th 19th, and 20th floors with scenic views. Tea, coffee, and drinks are always available at the office;
  • Social Insurance and Health Insurance are paid by the company after 2 months of working trial and others benefit according to the Labor Law.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Join Magestore, if you:

  • Degrees in Marketing or Business are preferred, but all majors are encouraged to apply;
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, especially in Partnership or Business Development with positive results;
  • Fluent in English (IELTS 7.0 or above for all bands);
  • Good at critical thinking, interpersonal skills, communication, presentation, and negotiation;
  • Result-oriented;
  • Good at prioritization, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to coordinate all stakeholders and get the job done;
  • Passionate about eCommerce and technology.
