Education: University graduate in business administration, finance or related field of study.
Technical/ Professional/ Specific Competency Requirements:
- Good business acumen with solid knowledge of insurance and financial products.
- Demonstrate strong communication skill and critical thinking.
- Strong stakeholder management skill.
- Understand of regulatory guidelines and quality control.
- Experience in sales activities
- Experience in team/people management.
Relevant working experience: At least 05 years of working experience in life insurance planning and sales.
Required language: Strong written and spoken in English.
Personality requirements:
- Be open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure.
