- Responsible for reviewing supporting documents attached the payment vouchers submit by divisions in compliance with local tax law and group policy.
- Register payment vouchers into system.
- Responsible for checking computation of expenses.
- Ensure payment vouchers comply with 3-way matching as group policy
- Responsible for checking travelling expenses and ensure they follow company travel policy
- Responsible for answering questions relate to payments
- Ensure payments in time as company policy
- Responsible for Prepare and post payments vouchers for 3rd parties only
- Assist investigations as required. ·
- Completion of any tasks that may be required from time to time by your superiors.

- Graduated from University, major in Finance & Accounting
- Experience in same position > 2-3 years in multinational company
- Fluent English in writing and Speaking
- Thorough understanding of accounts payable functions
- Computer skills: using MS offices. Know how to use SUN & Vision is preferable
- Good communication skills
- Strong social intelligence, communication and influencing skills
