Provide technical support to production problems in designated manufacturing areas, specifically for printing/lapping/ create a new program on pick/place machine and other processes where machine operation is required. Collaboration with other departments to develop new tools and fixtures for prototype process and product development. Ensure machine operation are smoothly, collect and analyze data to improve processes further. Work with process engineers to carry out process development and improvement projects to meet department objectives towards cost saving and quality improvement.

1-Manufacturing process, supervising, development and improvement

Daily react to production problems in real time to make sure yield, rework, and output meet target

Provide support to other production teams for process improvement projects and process development activities

Complete engineering change orders in timely fashion in relation to his field.

Undertake the project tasks assigned by others for meeting the department objectives on time.

Identify potential opportunities for process improvement and bring them to attention of area process engineers and supervisors for undertaking with implication of cost saving.

2-Manufacturing Process Support and Quality control

Check and ensure that the operators follow procedures during operation for each workstation.

Monitor to ensure production within spec and process are under control condition.

To control process as ISO requirements and make action taken for ISO internal audit.

To use SPC tools to analysis defects and other issues to find out the way continuous improvement and solving problem.

3-Machinery /Equipment maintenance and set up

To check and support maintenance team to do preventing maintenance properly and in time. It helps to minimize machine down rate.

Have to set up some authorized parameters for machine when there are modules change.

To make sure equipments used in line are calibrated and calibrated date is not expired. Implement internal calibration for equipment if assigned.

Educational Background: Vocational Intermediate Level or College Degree in Mechanical /Industrial.  

Experience: 2+ years of related experience in manufacturing setting in relation to trouble shooting of machine operation and diagnostic of production problems, broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through work experience.

Skills: 

• Understanding of technical drawing and basic chemical engineering principals to manufacture parts in high volume setting. 
• Demonstrated ability to trouble shoot and solve production problems effectively and timely manner in production setting.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
