1. Pre-Contract Stage

• Actively remind and coordinate with other Departments to prepare bidding/quotation document
• Identify and carry out registration of prospective suppliers
• Liaise with Suppliers/Consultants to request for proposal
• Evaluation bidding/quotation documents submitted by Suppliers/Consultants
• Arrange interview meeting with Suppliers/Consultants and related departments
• Prepare and forward memo, accompany with final submission, to the respective Departments.
• Filing relevant documents as per internal Company Filling Index

2. Post-Contract Stage

• Joint site evaluation on site with other Departments to verify for payment
• Filing relevant documents as per internal Company Filling Index
• Cooperate with HR department to update and maintain the Approved Supplier List annually

3. Others

• Integration of procurement request forms from all departments to prepare annual request summary report submit to HOD/Deputy Manager.
• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety, Health, Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Management

• College graduation above
• 02 year experience in procurement and purchasing
• English skill from intermediate above; familiar with international procurement contract; good administration skill
• Integrity, honesty and hard working
