OFFICE PAPER WORKS

• Coordinate & follow up with internal teams for Internal Sales Orders, BOM, finish development, Upholstery process, sample orders and schedule, upload product photos for customer review

• Planning and organising production schedules for supper urgent orders/samples, Coordinate with relative team to complete and ship out the product in timely manner

• Duty to work with photography team, to make sure all products are shoot & done with perfect pictures before delivery to customer.

• Coordinate with IMEX team to getting sample shipment based on requested ETA; Duty to provide the sample list, packing list to arrange loading

• Ensures accuracy and integrity of Sample process were kept-up-todate/ correctly/ and details for report

• Ensures accuracy and integrity of Sample status on RH Portral and contacts internal team for required information when needed.

FLOOR WORKS

• Coordinate with ME/UPH/ PD Manager to review the samples, make the necessary improvements if needed

• Coordinate with Prototype Teams/Purchasing team/Finishing team/UPH team to complete sample on time for customer review

• Follow up sample transfer/moving between each divisions.

• Support Client during their trip to review samples/production at our factory

• Coordinates and sets up Customer visits and Incountry review

• Support Count stock for annual inventory.

• Graduated from University. Major: Economic/Commercial/Finance....
• At least 1 year experience at company manufacturing 
• Communication in English
