I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Market Research and Trend Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive market research initiatives aimed at gathering data on product research, including function, selling points, and pain points, as well as customer behaviors.
Product Creation and Development:
You’re the leader of the product development project. Product development for sporting goods/ gardening products.
- Build the complete specifications including all product’s description & requirement (sketch, measurement, color, material, quality standard, function …) by collaborating with QA, Creative, Sourcing, Sale, Legal, Customer Service & Suppliers.
- Delivering & explaining the specifications to suppliers for sample making then make sure samples making is on time for bulk production.
- Sample checking to match with Specification and sample validation for mass production.
- Follow up sample sending from China to Vietnam.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with stakeholders, and internal teams to validate new product concepts and gather feedback for refinement. Refine selected new product ideas into detailed concepts, outlining key features, benefits, and potential market positioning
