Purpose of the job

Provide support service to Product team in coordination with internal and/ or external customers including but not limited to internal Ops, external business partners, etc., for daily business.

Job description

1. Report:

· Reports on food business weekly, monthly

· Other reports for management

2. Daily task

· Manage daily PO/STO for the 10 pilot stores for the auto food ordering.

· Daily check with supplier if PO received,

· Review the PO/STO before submit,

· Work with IT BI if any issue on the form/process,

· Prepare reports for the food business for the 10 pilot stores

·       University degree and above, preferably in Business Management, Finance or Accounting

·       Business analysis knowledge

·       System know how (ERP)

·       Master on excel skill for reporting purpose

·       Accounting/finance/business background
