I. Responsibilities:

- Oversee overall brand management, ensuring consistent brand identity and messaging.

- Collaborate with other departments to create and execute brand campaigns.

- Develop and implement communication strategies across various channels (online and offline).

- Drive e-commerce growth by optimizing user experience, conversion rates, and customer retention.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the online shopping experience and monitor e-commerce metrics and KPIs.

- Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

- Develop and execute digital campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Plan, organize, and execute the annual Pocari Sweat Run event. Coordinate logistics, sponsorships, participant registration, and race-day operations.

- Manage brand-related operations, including events, sponsorships, and partnerships.

- Continuously monitor product performance using metrics, customer feedback, and market trends.

- Stay up to date with customer needs, market trends, and industry changes.

- Review customer feedback, analytics, and conduct surveys or interviews to identify business opportunities.

- Other tasks assigned by line manager.

II. Requirements:

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

-   Proven experience in product management, brand management, or related roles.

-   Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.

-   Excellent communication and ownership skills.

-   Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and event management.

-   Pay attention to detail & carefulness.

-   Good presentation & communication skills.

-   Good in English communication.

-   Passion for health and wellness is a plus

III.  Benefits:

-   Working time: 8 hours per day (8:00 to 17:00), Mon to Fri.

-   Social Insurance, Un-employment Insurance: 100% basic gross salary

-   Annual Leave: 15 days if working enough 12 months.

-   Paid Sick Leave: 04 days if working enough 6 months above, 2 days if working 2 to 6 months. During probation time: 01 day if working enough 01 month.

-   BIC Health Care: outpatient treatment with 9 mils a year, hospitalized treatment with 200mils a year.
