Initiate & conduct market development plan for the assigned products as per the product development strategies defined by Head of Dept. to achieve the annual budget
Develop, implement & control marketing programs as per the annual approved budget
Target customers & provide supports to Sale Force for approaching customers
Implement training programs as per Dept’s training plan
Conduct the market research & sale analysis to implement suitable & productive market development plan adjustment
Implement reports as per Dept’s request

1) Handle brand women brand, including cosmetic & food supplement Astax
2) New launch Femiflora Feminine Wash
3) New launch Cald D Soy
4) New launch Nat Cal Plus
