- Managing works and peoples in Product Research Department

- To be the expert on compliance adviser and trainer for all type of worldwide e-commerce products.

- Training and developing the core-knowledge team of compliance consulting service of the company.

- Establishing the protocol for compliance consulting service packages.

- Assist with and supervise various research projects related to the compliance consulting service.

- Work closely with team members to provide effective solutions to support business and quality objectives.

- Facilitate effective communication across internal departments by trending and reporting data.

- Establish and improve procedures and processes by addressing issues and risks

- Utilize proven employee management solutions to improve productivity and efficiency

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, budgets, and schedules

-       Must be Internationally recognized PhD in a field related to chemistry, biotechnology, ...

-       Effective data trending, document control, and technical bench skills

-       Strong problem-solving, training, team building, and mentoring abilities
